Wholefoods Wholesale is Ireland’s largest supplier of health foods, distributing our products across multiple sales channels. As a wholesaler we stock over 6,500 different product items covering health foods, supplements and body care. We also specialise in foods suitable for vegans, vegetarians, coeliacs and diabetics.

We are seeking a highly organised and numerate Product and Pricing Coordinator to support in managing supplier onboarding, pricing governance and promotional execution.

This is a detail-critical role at the centre of our commercial operations. Accuracy, ownership and strong Excel capability are key attributes we are looking for. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring pricing integrity across our systems, catalogue and customer channels.

Prior commercial experience would be helpful but is not essential. Intellectual curiosity, self-motivation and a genuine appetite to progress are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Master Data Management

• Manage end-to-end product setup within internal systems.
• Maintain accurate master data required for product listings, including compliance elements (e.g. post-Brexit requirements, DRS and related regulatory data).
• Ensure data integrity across platforms to support wholesale operations and retail listings.
• Working with Commercial Team and Purchasing to agree initial orders with suppliers.

Supplier Onboarding & Pricing Administration

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers, support the Finance team with validating supplier setup forms and validate bank account details.
• Gather and validate New Line Forms (NLFs) and associated documentation.
• Create and maintain product records within internal systems.
• Apply and verify cost pricing for all new SKUs.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of product and pricing data prior to launch.
• Validate and record supplier pricing to ensure accuracy and margin protection.
• Working with Tech Director for supplier cert collation (Organic Certs etc).

Catalogue Coordination

• Coordinate product data and pricing inputs for six bimonthly wholesale catalogues annually.
• Regularly update New Listings file to assist Marketing team for design elements.
• Collate retailer pricing from suppliers and marketing teams and apply accurately within catalogue systems.
• Ensure all catalogue pricing and product information is verified prior to release.

Commercial & Promotional Support

• Provide administrative and system support where required to the Commercial Team (including PIM management for H&B and other accounts).
• Assist with UK wholesaler promotional pricing and coordination (e.g. Suma, Dundeis).
• Support bespoke pricing submissions and retailer initiatives as required.

Samples & Operational Support

• Coordinate and maintain inbound product samples for internal review.
• Support key retailer initiatives through sample management and administrative assistance.

What We're Looking For

We value aptitude over experience. This role would suit:

• A graduate in business, finance, commerce or a numerate discipline; or
• A candidate with strong Excel and analytical skills looking to build a commercial career.
