Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Qualified candidates (in or near hub locations listed below) should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:As a Product Designer on our team, you will be primarily focused on enhancing the customer experience for our State Farm mobile app. Key job responsibilities will include:
- Collaborates with product, business teams, and architecture to uncover and understand customer pain points and define opportunities through usability and empathy studies, supporting early product definition and improving the overall experience.
- Creates process and user flows, conceptual diagrams, journey maps, wireframes, and low to high fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate high level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
- Leverages established digital experience design and architecture standards, style guides and pattern libraries to create consistent user experiences.
- Advocates for prioritization of design-centered product enhancements grounded in research, analysis, design thinking and service design methodologies.
- Partners with technology colleagues in creating high fidelity design assets for acceptance, development, and delivery to market.
- 5 years of prior experience and demonstrated success in graphic design, app design, web design, and user-centered design
- Experience working within a brand and established design system
- Experience working with Figma
- Experience working with Mural/Miro
