Tailor Your Resume for this Job

At Spirii, we’re accelerating the global transition to sustainable mobility. Our innovative EV charging platform empowers businesses, partners, and drivers across Europe and beyond. As Product Director, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our platform, building high-impact products, and scaling our product organisation during an exciting phase of growth.

As the Product Director, you will lead and scale our Product Management department, reporting directly to the Head of Product. This role is pivotal in defining and executing our product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and driving innovation in the rapidly evolving EV charging industry.

You will be responsible for managing and mentoring our team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance product culture, and ensuring we deliver impactful solutions for our customers and partners.

What You Will Do

  • Empower the Product Management team by clearly defining the product vision, fostering autonomy and accountability, mentoring PMs, and supporting their growth to cultivate high-performing, outcome-driven teams.
  • Develop, refine, and communicate a customer-centric product strategy in collaboration with Product Leadership and Product Managers, focused on solving critical customer problems and aligning product goals with strategic business outcomes.
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration by aligning Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success around clearly defined outcomes to ensure rapid validation, smooth execution, and customer success.
  • Champion continuous product discovery and delivery by establishing and refining practices that emphasize rapid experimentation, customer validation, data-informed prioritization, and iterative delivery aligned with strategic goals.
  • Drive innovation and strategic differentiation by staying ahead of market trends, evolving customer needs, and competitive dynamics — enabling Spirii to make informed product bets and maintain market leadership.
  • Clearly articulate product vision, strategy, outcomes, and key learnings to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Define and track clear, outcome-oriented KPIs to measure product success, team effectiveness, customer impact, and overall business value.
  • Act as an external thought leader by actively engaging with customers, industry experts, and communities to strengthen Spirii’s brand, validate market direction, and build credibility.

Who You Are

  • A strategic product leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is passionate about EV charging and e-mobility.
  • A collaborative team builder who can inspire and develop a high-performing product team.
  • A customer-centric thinker who can translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • A data-driven decision-maker with a strong ability to balance business impact, technical feasibility, and customer experience.
  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and drives initiatives to completion.
  • Experienced in building and scaling product organizations, including hiring, coaching, and defining team structure.
  • Comfortable owning product strategy and tying it to company-level goals and growth.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling product teams in SaaS, mobility, or EV-related industries.
  • Strong experience with B2B and platform products, preferably in charge point management, energy, or mobility services.
  • Deep understanding of API-driven platforms, integrations, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around a shared vision.
  • Experience working in fast-growing tech companies or scale-ups.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in product management frameworks (e.g., OKRs, Agile, JTBD).
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Benefits:

It is important for us to create a healthy, diverse, fun, and creative working environment, so besides all the basic benefits, we also focus a lot on social activities, flexible working hours and a good work life balance.

  • Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy a collaborative, inclusive, and open workplace designed to fit your needs and support work-life balance.
