Then you might be our new global Product Manager for Pressure, Temperature or gas sensors.

Sensing Solutions, which is part of Danfoss Climate Solutions, is one of the important players on the market with a great focus on continuously developing new energy efficient technologies reducing the impact on the climate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the entire product life cycle from conception to end-of-life, guided by consistent product roadmaps.
Prioritize portfolio activities and manage financial performance as a leading member of the Product Governance Team.
Coordinate activities between sales, supply chain, and engineering to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Provide expert product consulting and support to both customers and internal Danfoss sales companies.
Conduct customer and competitor analysis to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

A candidate with a strong business and commercial mindset to guide product strategy for our highly technical team, complemented by your interest in technology.
A degree in Technology or Business Administration, combined with hands-on experience in sensors or related applications.
The ability to thrive as the team's focal point in a dynamic global environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues and customers from all backgrounds.
A proactive and passionate approach to teamwork, with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to share your knowledge to help the team succeed.
You connect with people easily through a positive and service-minded communication style, ensuring everyone feels heard and valued.
