Who we're looking for

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team to own and drive further client adoption and product expansion.

Specifically, this role will primarily focus on the Currenxie onboarding (KYC, KYB) for which we use a 3rd party, and multi-currency Visa card issuing (business expense cards) components of the overall Global Account product.

You will be working closely with other Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Owners, Engineers, Data Analysts and interfacing directly with key business stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be given the freedom to make decisions with the corresponding responsibility and accountability that comes with this.

This role leverages a dynamic hybrid work approach, with 3 days per week spent collaborating in-office to drive maximum productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own, champion and enhance the onboarding and card issuing components of the Global Account product.
• Support with the core product as needed which is to receive, transfer and convert money in numerous currencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and synthesise requirements imparting with your own knowledge, insights and market research.
• Utilise data insights, from product analytics and by collaborating with the Data Analytics team, to deliver the most impactful and highest value features.
• Advocate for, and drive experimentation, to move the needle and deliver value creation.
• Create and refine stories with direct involvement from Developers, QA, Product Designers and business stakeholders.
• Maintain a prioritised backlog of features and bug fixes and influence their relative prioritisation for delivery in future sprints.
• Proactively participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure there are sufficient prioritised stories refined and ready for development to maximise squad output.
• Verify that features developed match what was defined in the stories and provide feedback to the respective Engineers as needed.
• Contribute to the product roadmap.

Minimum requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management
• Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience or training
• Excellent written and good spoken English skills
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams, Scrum, agile, and product-led
• At least 2 years experience with onboarding (KYC, KYB)
• At least 2 years experience with multi-currency card issuing which could be B2C or B2B.

Bonus

• Experience working in the SMB (small, medium business) domain such as neobank and other cross-border payments company targeting this market
• Knowledge of the workings of virtual accounts, cross-border payments and accounting integrations
