We’ve partnered with an ambitious, fast-growing fintech scale-up that’s redefining how global businesses manage their finances.

Their platform brings everything together in one place: multi-currency wallets, virtual accounts, cross-border payments, and corporate expense cards – empowering businesses of all sizes to move money effortlessly across borders.

Now, they’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of two critical areas:
- Onboarding (KYC/KYB)

- Multi-Currency Business Card Issuing.

This is your chance to shape core product experiences used by companies around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Own & Enhance onboarding and card issuing product experiences end-to-end.
• Partner with stakeholders, gather insights, and translate them into a clear, prioritised roadmap.
• Use data, experimentation, and market trends to deliver impactful features.
• Drive story creation and refinement with cross-functional teams.
• Manage the backlog and ensure high-quality delivery every sprint.
• Play a key role in Agile ceremonies and influence the overall product strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years in product management, ideally in fintech, payments, or banking tech.
• Hands-on experience with multi-currency card issuing (B2C or B2B).
• Strong understanding of onboarding (KYC/KYB) and vendor management.
• Data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for fintech innovation and delivering real customer value.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SMB financial services (e.g., neobanks, cross-border payments).
• Familiarity with virtual accounts, payments, or accounting integrations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €90,000.00-€115,000.00 per year
