Product Manager - Middleware & Cloud Services (Agile)

We are looking for a Product Manager – Middleware & Cloud Services (Agile) to join one of our clients.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of guiding teams toward a user-oriented mindset while ensuring the adoption and strategic alignment of middleware and cloud (AWS) services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Change & User Orientation: Lead teams in shifting towards a user-focused and service-oriented approach.

  • Cloud & Middleware Strategy: Define and drive the roadmap for middleware and AWS cloud services, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical constraints.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Conduct meetings with end-users (developers within DIGIT), handle feedback, and integrate improvement requests.

  • Service Promotion & Adoption: Market and promote middleware and cloud services, increasing awareness and adoption across teams.

  • Collaboration & Support: Engage with teams and service owners to align technical and business needs for optimal service delivery.

  • High-Level Service Leadership: Understand business needs, identify service impacts, and translate them into actionable service requests without delving into architectural details.

  • Agile Product Management: Manage backlogs, user stories, and service prioritization in an Agile/SAFe environment, ensuring continuous value delivery.

  • Team & Service Ownership: Lead service owners and squads, working closely with customers to prioritize and enhance services.


Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience in service management and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Strong background in middleware technologies and their integration in enterprise environments.

  • Understanding of cloud environments, particularly AWS, and their strategic role in service evolution.

  • Experience in Agile product management, managing roadmaps, backlogs, and service priorities.

  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, particularly in public sector organizations.

Key Soft Skills

  • Leadership & Change Management: Ability to lead teams in mindset shifts toward user-focused service management.

  • Strong Communication: Skilled in explaining, influencing, and presenting ideas effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Marketing & Promotion: Experience in generating service adoption and engagement.

  • Collaboration & Engagement: Ability to work across technical and business teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

  • Strategic Thinking: A high-level perspective with the ability to prioritize services and define key actions without deep technical involvement.

  • Agile & SAFe Background: Experience in Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe), with strong backlog and user story management skills.
