YOUR CHALLENGE

• Define the vision and roadmap for their product(s) and optimise value across the end-to-end lifecycle aligned to business strategy and priorities

• Define and manage the product backlog – both Change-the-Bank (CtB) and Run-the-Bank (RtB) – aligned to business strategy and priorities

• Manage the relevant RtB topics (e.g. SLAs, incident and problem mgmt., audit actions), together with Operational Value Stream (OVS) leadership, IT, CRO and other stakeholders

• Manage and optimise CtB and RtB team capacity

• Prioritise the agile team’s backlog, and manage dependencies across teams within and outside of the OVS in collaboration with the Product Manager (PM) and other stakeholders

• Collaborate with customers, the PM, and other stakeholders to define and prioritise stories in the backlog, taking into account client needs, market trends, competitors and regulatory/technology evolution

• Define functional requirements and standards for vendor-delivered products with the PM

• Manage risks, issues and dependencies according to governance processes

• Discuss and agree on technical design and implementation approach(es)

• Ensure definition and adherence to appropriate quality standards for underlying product / capability (e.g. UX design)

• Ensure that incident management processes are implemented and support escalations

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong stakeholder and change management skills

• Ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization

• Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Experience in leveraging Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies

• Growth-oriented and agile mindset and passionate about change

• Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, fostering an collaborative work environment

• Know-how of the banking domain, and a good understanding of core processes such as advisory, onboarding or investment management and the typical banking product landscape

• Relevant higher educational and professional background
