We’re offering an exciting career opportunity to become our new Product Owner for Analytics Platforms. In this role, you’ll work closely with both business stakeholders and IT colleagues to help ensure that development efforts are focused on what brings the most value.
As part of the agile team, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and prioritizing incoming requests, helping to shape the backlog, and making sure the team is aligned with business needs. You’ll play a key role in translating input from across the organization into clear priorities for development in close collaboration with the Solution Architect.
In addition, you will champion our global analytics and reporting governance framework, ensuring data democracy by balancing global best practices, scalable solutions, and critical local business needs. This includes continuously evaluating and refining governance practices, as well as engaging with local markets to ensure alignment and adherence.
Success in this role is achieved through strong stakeholder management and active engagement, ensuring that the product continuously evolves to support our strategic ambitions and long-term goals. As a key member of the agile team, the role also plays an important part in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. The primary stakeholders include colleagues from the Commercial Excellence, Marketing Analytics, and Data Intelligence teams.
Your backpack
To be successful in this role, you may come from a similar position or a different one where you've demonstrated strong stakeholder management—ideally in a global setting. You have a solid understanding of data and can collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists and Analysts to turn insights into impact.
We’re looking for someone who can tick most of these boxes:
3–5 years of full-time work experience, ideally in a related role and/or field.- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across functions.
- Experience working at the intersection of business and IT, translating needs into actionable Features and User Stories.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, including backlog management and iterative delivery.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels of the organization.
- A commercial and analytics mindset, with a focus on delivering business value through data products.
- Understanding of the retail domain, including customer behavior, operations, or sales dynamics.
Fluency in English, our corporate language, is a must have.
