Mindbreeze is a rapidly growing provider of AI-based knowledge management solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Product Owner who will oversee the continued development of our product, Mindbreeze InSpire.

Your area of responsibility:

• Managing the product backlog stories assigned from the master backlog, working with your teams to ensure the development in time
• Supporting the entire development process (from concept to successful release) and optimization of development guidelines
• As a team leader, you are responsible for monitoring progress and reviewing the development of your team members in terms of the required quality, usability, and style of product increments.
• Act as a contact point to internal stakeholders such as product managers or software architects.
• Overseeing our presence in the marketplaces (adding and updating our developments)
• Driving personnel management and growth of your team members.

Your skills and experience:

• A technical degree focusing on software engineering and ideally have already worked as a developer (Java, TypeScript, and C++).
• Prior knowledge of development environments (IDEs) as well as CI/CD and are keenly interested in monitoring web applications and systems in a data center.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner and experience with (agile) software development
• A desire taking on responsibility and working with other product owners to bring our product to the next level.
• An inherent talent for tackling challenges early on and know just when to escalate things if necessary.
• As an absolute team player, you act proactively and communicate concepts and ideas fluently in written and spoken English and German.
• You have a strong understanding of quality assurance and test acceptance criteria, and ensure that Mindbreeze InSpire meets the defined requirements and quality standards.
• During development, you focus on use case orientation, business value, and a customer-centric view of functionality.

For this position, we offer you at least EUR 5 300 gross monthly salary based on 38.5 hours per week, depending on your experience and qualifications.
