Job Type: Full-Time
2nd Shift: 2:30pm to 11pm, Monday - Friday
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating both winding and packing machines to ensure the production of high-quality thread in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of winding and packing machinery
- Conduct regular quality checks throughout the shift to maintain high standards
- Maintain cleanliness of machines by following routine cleaning schedules
- Perform general tasks as assigned, such as loading/unloading trucks, pulling or restocking inventory
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or service environment
- Ability to operate simple machinery with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to package and sort finished goods
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25lbs
