Introduction:
THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you will be responsible for the assembling of name badges, awards, trophies & neoprene products. Most of the work centres around name badge assembly executing consistent repeat processes that require a high attention to detail.

This role also involves order assembly, order picking & dispatch.

Being comfortable with inventory and ordering systems, customer e-mails and shipping & dispatch

This role will also be required to provide supervision and guidance to peers in the dispatch and assembly team.

Key responsibilities will include:
Assemble name badges, awards, trophies & neoprene products.
On time & accurate packing, assembly & shipping of orders.
Invoicing & dispatch documentation.
Providing guidance to peers, managing workload & flow and some coaching and supervision capability.
The ability to prioritise activities based on deadlines and due dates.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and cleanliness standards.
Provide assistance in other departments as needed, based on skills and experience.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Consistent attention to detail and accuracy in assembly and dispatch.
Proficient with ordering & dispatch software.
Proficient with managing e-mail requests with clear communication.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Organised & deadline focussed.
Previous experience in assembly, packing, or dispatch roles is advantageous.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and production processes.
Flexibility to work full time hours ranging between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm on a Monday to Friday roster.
