We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Production Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning and execution of various aspects of events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. Here's an outline of what the job might entail:

Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their requirements and vision for the event. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, transportation, accommodations, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other event necessities. Ensure all arrangements meet the client's specifications and budget constraints.
  • Vendor Coordination: Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for services and products required for the event, such as decorators, caterers, entertainers, and technical support. Manage vendor contracts and ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of event staff, including technicians, coordinators, and assistants. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • On-Site Management: Oversee the set-up, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements are in place and running smoothly. Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event, making quick and effective decisions to resolve them.
  • Budget Management: Monitor expenses throughout the event planning and execution process, ensuring adherence to the budget set by the client. Keep detailed records of costs and expenditures and provide regular updates to clients on financial status.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients throughout the event planning process, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Provide regular updates on progress and seek client feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement. Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to inform future event planning efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
