We currently have a Production Manager position available for an immediate start.

As a Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives.
Managing, coaching, and developing production teams to drive performance and operational excellence.
Ensuring compliance with workplace health & safety, food safety, quality standards, and company policies.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine passion for leading production teams. You'll ideally have:

Previous experience managing warehouse, logistics or distribution operations.
Forklift Licence required.
A hands-on leadership style and the ability to build credibility on the warehouse floor.
Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.
A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of improving operational performance.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience working in FMCG, fresh produce, food manufacturing, logistics or a similar fast-paced environment is highly regarded.
Sound computer skills and experience using warehouse or ERP systems.
