About the Role

BMS Specialty Cements is seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Production Operator to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining efficient and safe warehouse operations.

You will play a key role in ensuring materials, equipment, and logistics processes run smoothly to support our mining operations. Rate from $32.41 per hour based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock control records
• Support loading and unloading of deliveries
• Ensure warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant
• Assist with general logistics coordination and yard duties
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

About You

• Forklift licence (required)
• Driver’s licence (preferred)
• Strong focus on safety and compliance
• Highly reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (advantageous, not essential)
