Production & Operations
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities as per production targets.
- Ensure smooth running of machines and optimal utilization of manpower and resources.
- Achieve production quantity and quality targets within given timelines.
- Monitor yarn quality parameters such as count variation, strength, and defects.
- Control waste, downtime, and conversion cost.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Labour Handling & Shift Management
- Handle all labour-related activities on the shop floor.
- Prepare and manage shift allotments and duty rosters.
- Ensure proper deployment of workers as per machine and production requirements.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of workers.
- Train and guide workers to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Handle worker issues, grievances, and motivate the team for better performance.
Production Planning & Reporting
- Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and manpower records.
- Track actual production vs target and take corrective actions when needed.
- Report production status, challenges, and improvements to management regularly.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company SOPs.
- Implement safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in the production area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Spinning: 3 years (Required)
