About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in the production room, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality standards, and efficient use of resources. You will play a key role in training, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe, organised, and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and manage workflow in the manufacturing room, ensuring machine operators understand their duties and delegated tasks.
• Conduct and coordinate training for new employees and implement updates to procedures for existing staff as required.
• Test products to meet customer requirements and specifications.
• Track clean room consumables and maintain stock levels as needed.
• Ensure the production area remains clean, safe, and organised.
• Conduct BHR (Balloon History Record) prior to Quality Review.
• Perform final inspection data entry and compile relevant data for process metrics and quality objectives for management review.
• Coordinate stock management and oversee extrusion processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years previous experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train and mentor staff.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 preferred.

Working Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 7am-4pm.
• Friday: 7am-12pm.
• Flexibility may be required during busy periods.
