Roadmaster Building Systems are experts in design, manufacturing and project delivery with over 60 years’ experience in the industry. We specialise in 3D volumetric buildings including Holiday homes, Cabins and modular buildings. As a Production Supervisor you will play a key role in the manufacturing of these projects. As a supervisor, you will lead from the front and supervise a team to ensure we achieve the highest level of safety, quality and output to achieve production targets. This role is in a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with opportunity for growth and development. The successful applicant will review drawings, plan material and work, organise the team, track progress and report to the production manager.

Key Responsibilities

· Hands-on timber machining for floors, walls, roofs and joinery.

· Lead daily production activities by working directly with the team

· Organise daily tasks and coordinate work across the production team

· Ensure production targets and timelines are met

· Interpret drawings, plans, and cutting lists to guide production workflow

· Support new team members, fostering cross training and skill development

· Maintain accurate production records and reporting

· Organise and oversee material and labour and overall workflow

· Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, efficiency and output

Requirements:

· 3+ years’ experience leading or supervising a team is essential

· Wood machining/processing experience

· Highly organised with a structured approach to work

· Experience in modular production, manufacturing environment is desirable

· Ability to maintain consistency and efficiency under pressure.

· Knowledge and hands on experience with timber processing

Job Type: Working Supervisor, Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8-4:30, overtime as required

• Leaving Certificate (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Manual Handling (preferred)
• Driving License (preferred)
• Forklift License (preferred)
