About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Production Supervisor at Moddex in Rangiora, New Zealand. You will take the lead in overseeing factory floor operations across Assembly, Bending, Warehouse, and Dispatch. You will be responsible for ensuring team performance aligns with internal processes, quality standards, and company core values. Your role includes maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing production environment while managing stock inventory and supplier deliveries. You will also act as a key point of contact between the team and management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
