As a Production Worker here at Solstice, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and meet quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location.

In this role, you will impact the production line by producing high quality products and services for our customers. You will manufacture and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Support the Honeywell Operating System
  • Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
  • Comply with all safety rules.
  • Record and report production data.
  • Analyze data and production reports
  • Set up and change over equipment

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime in a 24/7 manufacturing facility

WE VALUE

  • High School Diploma
  • Demonstrated ability to meet safety, quality and production targets while semi-independently operating a manufacturing asset
  • Experience interfacing with software systems for equipment operation, inventory control and quality control
  • Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
  • Complete work, follow up and appropriate reporting on responsibilities
  • Focus on important information and identify key details
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
  • Creative thinking and idea generation.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Compensation:

The annual hourly pay for this position is $23.00 per hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business consideration.
