Production Team Position Description

Working with the Production Team you will be responsible for working with other team members to assemble, kit, and fill products for various clients that we provide our services.

A day in production involves working on the assembly line, creating products to be ready for distribution, and case packing the correct items and packing those items neatly for customers to receive.

What experience is needed?

There is no prior experience needed for this position. Just a good attitude and a willingness to work!

General Responsibilities

• Should be able to lift 20 pounds and stand for 6-8 hours daily. Not every project requires this but most projects will!
• We take pride in our work and our products show it!
• Attention to detail on your tasks
• Packs up completed products and prepares them for shipment.
• Assembles products by hand also known as kitting.
• Makes sure that the workstation is clean and organized.

Task Examples

• Preparing products for shipments to warehouses at Amazon and Walmart among other distributors.
• Standing at filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, and lot coders ensuring each product is assembled correctly and ready for shipment.
• Stickering, Labeling, Boxing/Unboxing, and Taping.
• Intricate and High Attention to detail tasks

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
