The Production Laborer supports the manufacturing process by performing a variety of tasks to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. This role involves material handling, assembly, inspection, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move materials or products using pallet jacks, hoists, or other equipment
- Assemble, package, wrap, and inspect parts to meet production and quality standards
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including tools and equipment
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately
- Assist with setup and changeovers in assigned production areas
- Meet daily production goals and collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to all company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
