We are now
recruiting for a Trainee Conveyor Belt Fitter/Fabricator to join our existing
team that will be based in our Northwest Business Park, Finglas, North
Dublin. The role will consist of fabricating to various specifications on PVC,
PU Conveyor Belting, and the supply and Installation of Conveyor Belting on
customers sites both locally and Nationwide.

Your
Role and Responsibilities:

a/ To train and learn the role of a quality conveyor belt fitter/fabricator to service our
customers locally and nationwide with quality products and services.

b/ To be part of an experienced and skilled Team of existing conveyor belt
Fitter/Fabricators. Team Players are the key to this role.

c/ Fabricating on many various conveyor belts in our workshops and travelling
locally and Nationwide to our customers sites for conveyor belt installations.

d/ We offer a 24 hour Call Out service to our customers, so excellent service in a
timely and efficient courteous manner is essential in this fast-paced
market of Conveyor belt manufacture and installation.

e/ Full training will be given to the right applicant from our already qualified
Conveyor belt fitters/fabricators both in our workshops and on-site fitting
work. Experience in this field would be advantageous but not essential as full
training is given in-house and on site.

f/ A FULL clean driving license is essential in this role as we travel regularly to
our customers sites Nationwide. Deliveries and Collections also required.
(Applicants need not apply if they do not hold a full license)

g/ Become a part of our 24 hours Call Out rota when fully trained, vehicle and all tools
supplied when On Call, you will take responsibility for servicing our customers
in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.

h/ Maintenance of company tools and machinery is essential to maintain efficiency
and compliance for on-site regulations, the general tidiness and minor
maintenance of the company vehicle allocated is also required.

i/ Excellent time keeping is essential in this role in both Fabrication and Fitting roles as
we service customers who are reliant on our swift and efficient services to get
them back into production as quickly as possible. Working to Tight deadlines
that must be met.

j/ Health and Safety is an essential requirement in this role and an absolute MUST in
adherence to the Company Policies laid out. Training is given in all H&S
aspects and Company Policy must be always followed.

Person's
specifications:

a/ Conveyor Belt knowledge and mechanical aptitude would be advantageous although not
essential. Full training given to the right candidate.

b/ Good physical health is required as the role can be physically challenging at times
but rewarding.

c/ Excellent standard of reading and written English is required and an ability to follow oral and written instruction.

d/ Motivated and enthusiastic is what we are looking for in this role. A team player and a
self-motivated individual with an ability to use their own initiative when
called upon. A Practical common-sense approach is what is required.

e/ A flexible attitude with regards to working hours and getting the job completed
on time with efficiency is vital in this role, keeping our customers producing
is essential in this role.
