Role Overview

The Production & Warehouse Operative plays a key role within the Green Angel team, supporting both production and warehouse operations. This role involves working on the production line filling and packing cosmetic products, as well as carrying out general warehouse duties to ensure efficient order fulfilment and stock management.

Will take responsibility for maintaining high standards in quality, hygiene, and safety while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Production Duties

• Work as part of a production line filling, labelling, and packing cosmetic products
• Ensure all products are manufactured and packed in line with company quality standards and procedures
• Carry out product checks to maintain consistency and quality
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Always maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in production areas
• Assist with basic equipment operation once trained

Warehouse Duties

• Pick, pack, and prepare web and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure orders are completed on time and ready for dispatch
• Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse (clean, labelled, and well-structured)
• Assist with goods in/out, including checking deliveries and storing stock correctly
• Support monthly stocktakes and inventory control

General Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations
• Complete all required documentation accurately for quality and compliance purposes
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Communicate any issues, delays, or improvements to supervisors
• Return all tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas after use

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse work is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and time management skills
• A reliable and proactive team player
• Someone who takes pride in their work and maintains high standards
• Flexibility to support both production and warehouse operations as needed
