Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including hotels and residential properties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that every space is clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests and residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities within time limits given.
• Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist in housekeeping management by adhering to established cleaning protocols and schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor care.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Very fast paced environment.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas.
• Positive attitude at all times is required.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
