Join our EU Brand Owner B2B Marketing team, where your analytical abilities and creativity will help transform Amazon's store experience. As Program Manager, you will lead the development of marketing assets for brand owner collections in EU, make strategic decisions on which selection to display, design and conduct CX experiments, analyze business impact, and deliver actionable insights. In this role, you will collaborate with external marketing agencies and cross-functional teams to bridge business needs with effective solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong data analysis and project management experience, excellence in problem-solving and communication, and a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments. You should demonstrate the ability to translate data insights into business solutions and have experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization. We're seeking someone who puts customers first, thinks big while diving deep, shapes and understands business requirements, and drives measurable business impact. The successful candidate will embrace change and innovation while maintaining a relentless focus on customer experience. This is a permanent position based in Luxembourg. Key job responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end marketing assets creation for Brand Owner collections on EU stores • Define selection criteria and run experiments to improve the performance of storefront selection • Partner with worldwide stakeholders and regional partners to have a deep understanding of the business needs • Measure improvements and impact of changes, establishing mechanisms to audit, identify opportunities and implement necessary course corrections • Build long-term vision and operational plan for improving selection performance
- Creative yet analytical mindset with strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Experience with design and analytics tools including Photoshop, Google Analytics, Canvas, and web page development
