A Project Coordinator supports project managers in planning, execution, tracking, and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate between internal teams (design, development, marketing, vendors)
- Track project progress and update schedules, task lists, and reports
- Organize meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and shared files
- Support risk identification and escalate issues when required
- Ensure adherence to defined processes and SOPs
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders professionally
Required Skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / Docs
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira (basic level)
- Good coordination and time-management skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Freshers welcome (internship or academic project experience is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
