Dear Candidate,
We are a leading civil contracting company committed to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors & site teams
- Maintain project documentation including drawings, approvals, reports & logs
- Assist in planning, scheduling & monitoring site progress
- Support procurement, material tracking & vendor coordination
- Assist with site measurements, billing & BOQ tracking
- Maintain QA/QC and HSE records as per standards
- Prepare progress reports and meeting minutes
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in civil contracting (preferred)
- Strong documentation & coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / project management tools
- Good communication and teamwork ability
