Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development and Management: Build and maintain comprehensive schedule and roadmap to align tasks and deliverables with program milestones. Leverage expertise to ensure adherence to timelines, supporting performer deliverables towards milestone gates.- Task and Workflow Alignment: Manage the RAIL (Responsibility Assignment Integration List) and tasks from Level of Effort (LOE) leads to coordinate team efforts within schedule frameworks.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Track actions across multiple stakeholders by maintaining consistent communication and soliciting status updates from designated Points of Contact (PoCs).
- Risk Management: Provide expertise in risk prioritization, tracking, and mitigation strategies, employing robust risk management mechanisms to preempt project delays or disruptions.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Implement burndown metrics and measure team performance and progress directly against schedules.
- Accountability Structure Setup: Utilize skills to develop Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) that keep team members accountable and maintain progress.
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 5 years of experience working in related project management, scheduling, or coordination roles.
Security Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Technical Expertise
- Proficient in scheduling tools and methods proven effective for team-based workflows.
- Skilled in developing Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and tracking burndown metrics.
- Experience with risk prioritization and risk management strategies, including implementation of tracking mechanisms to monitor and respond to high-priority risks.
