Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across teams
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Generate MIS reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders for updates and issue resolution
  • Identify risks and escalate issues when required
  • Support project managers in day-to-day operational tasks
  • Maintain organized records of project files, communications, and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and standards
Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)
  • Experience in preparing project reports and documentation
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Basic technical understanding (IT/software/process knowledge preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
