Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across teams
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders for updates and issue resolution
- Identify risks and escalate issues when required
- Support project managers in day-to-day operational tasks
- Maintain organized records of project files, communications, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with company processes and standards
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)
- Experience in preparing project reports and documentation
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic technical understanding (IT/software/process knowledge preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
