Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team to help assist and manage projects from manufacturing start to shipping complete. This is a high-impact customer support role that requires an understanding of the challenges and needs of our clients looking for custom, scalable brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Operations team
- Work closely with the Project’s sub-contractors, shipping teams, and shop foreman
- Assist with project planning, scheduling and coordination
- Confirm all material orders are on time and in specification
- Take on-site measurements for fabrication and / or coordination
- assist with Change Orders or Extras
- Review drawings for manufacture
- Provide daily status reports on the condition/ progress of the project(s)
- Maintain accurate records as it relates to submittals, costs, RFI’s, scheduling, and site inspections
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants – clear and concise communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years Project Coordinator experience in a manufacturing setting – ideally in retail, or hospitality
- 1-2 years’ experience in understanding the management of a project from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flow charts, Gantt charts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time-management
- Familiarity with quality control aspects
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- College or university degree in a related field
- Valdi drivers license with own car is a must
- Assana/ Slack/ MS Excell skills or experience
- Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), in office – travel to suppliers as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L5L 5X5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (preferred)
Work Location: In person
