1) Assignment:

• Assist project manager to plan and develop a project tasks, schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones.

• Appointed as Risks Management Member and Risk Assessment Leader for Project

• Given authorise to discuss with lead safety and safety coordinators for all safety documentation and assignment but you need to follow on Safety requirement specially “STOP ORDER” from any of Safety Coordinators if found the site unsafe.

• Manpower allocation for the project to meet customer expectation.

• Lead the internal meeting to discuss on the project condition and schedule then identify the deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and mitigating any delays.

• Attend meeting with customer when authorized by project manager.

• Assist project manager on project report to RK management and updates on the project progress.

• Appointed as lead document control of all project execution filling.

• Attend to customer / Project Manager calls / message (included Urgent) and assign tasks to project team member.

2) Responsibilities:

• To make sure all RA shall follow on local legalised safety requirements.

• To plan the project comprehensively which involves defining the project’s scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.

• Effective planning is crucial for setting expectations and establishing a clear roadmap that guides the entire team.

• Managing hiring when necessary, scheduling, and ensuring the project team has the tools and materials needed to succeed.

• Ensuring that a project remains on schedule is another critical role of the project manager.

• Setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and mitigating any delays.

• Regularly monitor the quality assurance team to identify discrepancies or issues and promptly implement corrective measures.

• Regularly communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management, to ensure everyone is informed and engaged.

• Effective documentation aids in maintaining project continuity, ensuring compliance, and providing a valuable resource for future projects.

• You are responsible to all customers / Lead Project Engineer calls (included Urgent) and assigns tasks to project team member.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
