Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and executing maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety standards, by planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities, managing contractors, and monitoring project progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee the renovation projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure-related issues
  • Supervise maintenance staff and external service providers
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and costs
  • Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and project-related expenses
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor and control operational costs without compromising quality and safety

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field

· Proven experience in project management and maintenance in F&B industry

· Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

· Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

· Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus

· Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
