Role Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish — overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client coordination to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects.
- Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and schedules.
- Control budgets, contracts, and change orders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients.
- Ensure code compliance, safety, and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentation.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of construction management experience (luxury or high-end preferred).
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in project management software ( Buildertrend, or similar).
