Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across various departments. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycle phases, from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your energetic leadership will drive project success by managing resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. You will utilize your expertise in project management methodologies to foster continuous improvement, optimize processes, and deliver high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed client requirements.

Duties

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of projects using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to accurately define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, resource allocations, risk assessments, and cost estimates using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to communicate project status updates, negotiate scope changes, and resolve conflicts efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.
• Oversee vendor management activities including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Utilize project management software such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or Trello to track tasks, document progress, and ensure transparency across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising diverse teams within a fast-paced environment; strong leadership skills are essential.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, and PMBOK standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements analysis, scope management, risk assessment, cost control, and quality management practices.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or Primavera P6; familiarity with PPM tools like VersionOne or Project Server is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective meeting facilitation and stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in process management techniques including process mapping and business process modeling to optimize workflows.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects along with vendor management experience is preferred.
• Technical proficiency in data analysis skills for tracking KPIs; familiarity with tools like SAS or Salesforce is advantageous.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is highly desirable. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
