Are you an organized, proactive communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments? Join us as a Project Manager , where you’ll play a key role in coordinating international development teams and driving continuous improvement across global projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovation and efficiency within a dynamic, forward-thinking organization.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Support the Project Management team and assist colleagues in adapting to cultural and organizational change
Act as a liaison between development teams and leadership across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations
Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and in accordance with established methods
Organize and lead progress meetings, sharing minutes and action items with stakeholders
Monitor processes and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency
Communicate project updates using PowerPoint and professional project management tools
Track and report on KPIs to evaluate project quality and team performance
Collaborate with teams across the US, Europe, and Asia as needed
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in project management or coordination within engineering, electronics, or R&D environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent written and spoken English and Italian
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Flexible, solution-oriented mindset with an interest in innovation and R&D
Basic understanding of electronics
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and foster collaboration across global teams
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Familiarity with professional project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira)
Exposure to cross-cultural or international teams
Additional language skills (e.g. German, French)
Knowledge of Agile or Lean development methodologies
Understanding of product lifecycle management in technical or manufacturing contexts

Our Belluno (Italy) manufacturing site employs over 200 dedicated team members who provide exceptional training, hospitality, and customer service, ensuring the correct selection of controllers and efficient after-sales support.
Our brand-new Innovation Center spans 1,000 sq.m and features a cutting-edge research and development laboratory. This state-of-the-art facility allows us to test control systems directly on counters, cabinets, and compressor racks under real-world environmental and operational conditions.
