SK9 are delighted to be recuiting with a successful enterprise firm based in County Cavan, who require a skilled and accomplished PROJECT MANAGER with a background of successful SAP SuccessFactors ERP implementations under their belt to take on this 2-year FTC (with a view to going on longer).
You should be an experienced Project Manager as this role will require you to manage the end-to-end delivery of ERP projects. You will manage the project on a day-to-day basis with prime responsibility for ensuring that the project produces the required deliverables within the specified tolerances of time, cost & quality.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, project updates, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilise PM tools to create customized dashboards and reporting for project tracking and decision-making.
- Develop comprehensive project reports and analyses to keep stakeholders informed and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain documentation and project information, creating a reliable knowledge base for current and future projects.
- Apply project management methodologies such as PMP and PRINCE2 to maintain project structure, streamline workflows, and manage risks effectively.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, providing leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills And Experience
- ERP project management background.
- Experience creating automated workflows for enhanced project management.
- Background in data integration and management.
- SharePoint for documentation, collaboration, and project resource management.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be very beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective project plans and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder expectations, leading teams, and maintaining alignment across projects.
