Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management related to pipeline services, field operations, hydro testing and/or inline inspection (ILI) tools. This role requires the ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Great communications skills with clients and internally to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage PipeSense field technicians.
· Lead and manage PipeServ projects through operator and/or contractor clients.
- Coordinate deployment and maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Oversee field activities, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Provide liaison for technical expertise and troubleshooting support during project execution.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Ensure continuous improvement in project execution through lessons learned and best practices.
- Travel will be required, as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipeline services, operations, hydrotesting, or ILI tool deployment.
- Strong understanding of pipeline integrity, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project and client sites as required.
