Position Overview

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This is a 100% onsite role that requires regular client interaction, jobsite presence, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional communication and timely updates
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence
• Use basic software tools such as Excel, Word, and email for daily project management tasks

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer software (Excel, Word, email)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work 100% onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Do you have a minimum of FIVE YEARS of commercial roofing experience IN Canada? (More experience outside of Canada is fine, but minimum IN Canada is 5 yrs.) This can be on the roof as well - but you MUST have at least 5 years working for a commercial roofing company.
