A glimpse into the role
As a Project Manager in our Project Execution Team, you’ll be a key contributor to optimizing DESMI’s project management. Your role mainly revolves around:

• Taking ownership of our marine projects including our Optisave and Ballast Water Management Systems and driving them to successful completion
• Planning and coordinating activities with internal and external teams such as automation and sub-suppliers
• Ensuring that materials, documentation, and resources are in place for installation and commissioning
• Supporting execution onboard vessels together with internal and external service teams
• Maintaining visibility on progress, risks, and changes – and acting early when adjustments are needed
• Ensuring that financial follow-up, progress reporting, and customer communication run smoothly throughout the project

As Project Manager, you will join our Project Execution Team. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can execute our Optisave and Ballast Water Management Systems in the marine business across Europe, the Americas, and IMEA. We are a relatively new team, and you will play an important role in shaping how we work and contributing your expertise and experience from similar positions.
