About the Role:
Join Student Services as a Project Officer - Service Delivery and help shape initiatives that transform the student experience at Curtin University!
In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of projects and sub-projects, driving them from concept to delivery while also supporting a range of larger, high-impact initiatives. You will work closely with Strategy and Operations leads, in the Service Delivery portfolio to turn ideas into practical, student-centred solutions that create real impact.
You will contribute to a variety of strategic projects that will enhance the student and staff experience, including process and service improvements, analysing data to uncover insights, and developing knowledge resources that empower our Curtin community.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate the implementation of project plans and initiatives.
- Manage and facilitate project communications and liaise with relevant stakeholders to coordinate their input to the project.
- Track activities against project schedules, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
- Identify impacts and risks associated with the project and report on these.
- High level organisational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and deliver project activities from planning through to implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and a high level of cross-cultural awareness.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
- Well-developed research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information and apply insights to inform decisions and outcomes.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with experience working effectively across a range of stakeholder groups and organisational levels.
- As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered
