We are currently seeking Project Support Personnel to support a wide variety of hands-on projects and contribute to our dynamic team.
Job Overview
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about their work, gets the job done with energy and purpose and takes pride in producing high-quality results. In this role, you’ll be working on a range of projects, using your skills and energy to support daily operations and assist with everything from construction tasks to hands-on repairs and installations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support a variety of precast concrete production and construction-related tasks
- Assist in fabrication, form building, equipment setup, and general repairs
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow instructions and execute tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Take pride in producing quality work and completing tasks on time
- Learn new techniques and processes on the job as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in construction, farm work, landscaping, manufacturing, or general labour is an asset
- Basic knowledge of tools, measurements, and physical work preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Willingness to train and develop new skills
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Hands-on, active work in a plant and outdoor setting
- Exposure to varying weather conditions and production environments
- Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
