We want working environments that enable people to do their jobs. We want a vehicle fleet to be proud of. Our Property and Assets Coordinator helps to bring that all together.

This role is busy and varied including: working with the maintenance team to respond to reactive maintenance requests; ensuring vehicles are well maintained with the right registrations; liaising with contractors to coordinate reactive, routine and planned maintenance activities; liaising with Property Managers and Landlords for our tenancies and providing administrative support for minor projects & capital works.


We are looking for someone with an administration background who enjoys multi-tasking and building positive relationships.

40 hours per week

You will be an excellent communicator who thrives on collaboration with others. You are decisive and astute at the identification and solution of problems. You will have a can-do attitude, be curious, and ask all the right questions to get to the heart of an issue. As a systems oriented person you will be process driven and have strong administrative skills.
