Are you looking for a rewarding & stable career opportunity with a well-established & rapidly growing real estate company?
Our Property Management Group is currently accepting applications for an experienced property manager to assist overall management of the portfolio. The commercial & residential portfolio consists of 300+ tenants across the GTA. You will be working with a close-knit team of real estate professionals to assist in the management of 20+ properties. If you have strong attention to detail, strong office management, problem-solving skills and are a self-motivated individual who can work independently and in a team then please apply.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Property Management Experience (minimum 2 years)
- Strong communication and excellent listening skills to work with tenants, maintenance staff & colleagues
- Desire to develop career in Real Estate Property Management
- Time-management skills & ability to delegate tasks effectively
