Job Title: Presales Representative (PSR)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Presales Representative (PSR) to join our team at Calcutta Bakery Private Limited. As a PSR, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, showcasing our range of bakery products, and assisting the sales team in generating leads and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through market research and outreach efforts.
- Present and demonstrate bakery products to potential customers.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
- Maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and provide exceptional pre-sales support.
- Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Prior experience in sales or customer support is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a passion for customer engagement and product promotion.
