We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Presales Representative (PSR) to join our team at Calcutta Bakery Private Limited. As a PSR, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, showcasing our range of bakery products, and assisting the sales team in generating leads and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads through market research and outreach efforts.
• Present and demonstrate bakery products to potential customers.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
• Maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and provide exceptional pre-sales support.
• Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Prior experience in sales or customer support is preferred.
