Experienced Psychologist Opportunity – Lilydale VIC

JC Assist is seeking an experienced Psychologist (Clinical or General Registration) to join our warm, supportive and growing clinic in Lilydale.

This opportunity is ideal for a psychologist already working in private practice, or someone looking to grow their own caseload within a professional and supportive environment.

Our clinic has a strong and expanding ASD and ADHD client base, creating consistent opportunities for psychology referrals and ongoing client support.

Due to the needs and requests of many of our existing clients and families, we particularly encourage female psychologists to apply. However, applications from male psychologists are also warmly welcomed and encouraged.

The Opportunity

• Flexible working days – approximately 15 hours per week initially (with increased hours available as caseload grows)
• Strong referral pathways from:
• GPs
• Schools
• NDIS
• WorkCover
• Carer Gateway
• Existing clients available on a waitlist
• Administrative support within a professional clinic environment
• Opportunity to build and grow your own caseload
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive clinic team
• A welcoming clinic culture focused on both clinician wellbeing and quality client outcomes

We are looking for a psychologist who:

• Holds current AHPRA registration as a Clinical or General Psychologist
• Holds and is able to maintain the necessary registration and eligibility requirements to obtain and retain a Medicare Provider Number
• Is confident managing a varied caseload
• Values patient-centred care
• Has excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Is compassionate, approachable and able to create a safe therapeutic environment
• Is interested in long-term practice growth within an established clinic

This position would particularly suit a clinician with experience or interest in:

• ADHD
• ASD
• Anxiety and depression
• Mental health support for children, adolescents and adults
• NDIS participants and neurodivergent clients

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour

• AHPRA registration (Required)
