Purchase Executive
To manage the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for best prices/quality to ensuring timely delivery, maintaining inventory, and overseeing purchase records and supplier relationships, all while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies to support overall operations. Key duties involve market research, contract negotiation, demand forecasting, performance evaluation, and strategic cost management. Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, select, and build relationships with vendors.
- Negotiation: Secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
- Procurement Process: Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and handle discrepancies (e.g., damaged or short goods).
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Cost & Quality: Conduct cost analyses, ensure purchases meet quality standards, and find cost-saving opportunities.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
- Collaboration: Work with internal departments to understand needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹36,687.37 per month
