1. MS Excel (Mandatory)

2. Good communication skills

3. Strong emailing ability and negotiating skills

Responsibilities :

Ensure timely procurement of raw materials & packing materials for production
Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
Negotiate for best possible rates and terms
Maintain purchase data & reports in Excel
Handle official correspondence through email effectively
