Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, negotiating with vendors, maintaining records, and ensuring timely availability of materials required for operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Request, compare, and analyze quotations to ensure the best price and quality.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve any supply issues.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/production team to forecast needs.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate their performance periodically.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, on-site position.
• Location: Ecotech-12, Greater Noida West.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
