What are we looking for?

TIME Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Purchaser with strong computer skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities

· Obtain competitive pricing by requesting and reviewing quotes from approved suppliers

· Issue purchase orders to approved suppliers

· Maintain accurate costs, selling prices, and delivery dates within the ERP system

· Assist with the part numbers set-up process

· Develop and maintain clear legends and user-friendly guides for part number sequencing to ensure accuracy and consistency across operations

· Expedite purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

Job requirements

· Strong computer skills, specifically an ERP System, Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Databases.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines

· Ability to coordinate a multitude of tasks

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

· Ability to work safely and in compliance with the company policies and the Occupational Health and Safety Act

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,600.00-$72,800.00 per year
